Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or a download link has been accessed.

However, if you experience a technical issue — such as a corrupted file or a broken download link — please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will do our best to resolve the issue or provide a replacement file.
